Regarding this part, feel free to send a screenshot of what you see on your end.

Error validating destination address: There has been a critical error on this website.

Regarding this error, can you please update Jetpack on your site, and then reconnect it.

You will want to disconnect?Jetpack from?WP-Dashboard > Jetpack > Dashboard (under Jetpack), scroll down to look for the Site connections?tab, and you will see a Disconnect button:
