The issue is on the checkout page of WooCommerce 2.5.5. It doesn’t seem to be a browser specific, as its reproducable on the latest Chrome and Firefox.

    Steps to reproduce

    1. Populate all required fields
    2. Complete the Captcha correctly
    3. Make sure there is at least one required field blank or incorrectly filled
    4. Click the button to checkout.
    5. The page refreshes with AJAX and displays an error for the incorrect field.
    6. Correct the field with the error.
    7. The Captcha remains marked as verified
    8. Click the button to checkout again.

    Expected result

    • Process the payment and advance to the next step
    • OR Hide the captcha once verified and not show again
    • OR reset the captcha and ask to verify again

    Actual result

    • An error of “Error: the Captcha didn’t verify.” is shown.
    • There is no way to advance on the next step without refreshing the page and filling the form again again

    Plugins

    • WordPress 4.4.2
    • WooCommerce 2.5.5
    • WP reCaptcha Integration 1.1.10

  • My answer was to use version 1.1.11 of the plugin (available from Github – download link on plugin home page), which apparently is not available through WordPress.
