Woocommerce “error getting your inbox”

    I have an error on my Woocommerce Homepage that says “There was an error getting your inbox. Please try again”. I have seen many talking about Ithemes, buy I don’t have the Ithemes pluggin, can someone help a very new guy into website making and e-commerce. Thank you!!!

    Thanks for reaching out.

    In WooCommerce there is no inbox as such so the error message may be originating from one of the tools in use on the site.

    In order to check your configuration and assist you further, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Also, if you could share a screenshot that shows the problem, that would be helpful. We recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge browsers.
