Based on the screenshot you have shared, it looks like the PHP Time Limit is set to -1

Can you ask your hosting provider to increase that to 300 and see if that makes a difference? If you are comfortable with coding, you can also increase the PHP Time Limit by following this guideline: https://wpastra.com/docs/increase-php-time-limit-wordpress-sites/.
