    Hi. I have an online store e-toalete.ro. I have 3 payment methods implemented in woocommerce. Every time I place an order on frontend interface appears an error that says: “Your payment has been refused. retry the payment by repeating the order. If the problem persists, please contact your card issuing bank.” Although I receive the confirmation mail with my order and everything is fine.

    How can i get rid of this error?

    It looks like you are seeing the above error message for all 3 payment methods active on your site, correct?

    Firstly, thanks for sharing a screenshot of the console error, this is very helpful.

    A listener indicated an asynchronous response by returning true, but the message channel closed before a response was received

    The most common cause of this error is having a Chrome extension that causes cross-origin request issues.

    To check if this is the case, can you please try temporarily deactivating all browser extensions and see if this resolves the issue?

    Alternatively, since extensions are disabled in incognito mode by default, you can try accessing your site in incognito mode, place a test order and see if this makes any difference.

    If this makes no difference, can you please clarify which 3 payment methods you are currently using that result in this error.

    Additionally, please can you share the following:

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
