Woocommerce endpoints not working

I am not sure what happened, or when it shifted. But sometime between the last wordpress and 4.8 my woocommerce account endpoints stopped working. No error messages, they just don’t access anything. I have gone back to a basic theme and deactivated everything, but the endpoints didn’t work even with everything deactivated. I am very confused. What else can I do to debug this?
