The woocommerce endpoints are not working on my account page.

I have tried saving permalinks again and again. Checking the endpoints are default ones. Turning off all plugins except Woocommerce. Changing the theme to WordPress 2021. Still, almost all the endpoints give 404 errors. Orders, Downloads, Account Details, and even log-out endpoint is returning 404. I have saved permalinks after every single step. But nothing works.

    When does the issue appear,

    1. I was not sure if are was working previously or not. but the logout one was working.
    2. I am not a developer so sometimes try weird things.
    3. I am customizing My Account page with JetWoobuilder. I noticed that View Order Page is not using any custom template. I didn’t find a way to apply any template to it. So, I created a page with slug View-Order and used Woolentor Order Details Widget. Though it didn’t work. So, I deleted the page. Once I deleted the page, since then no Endpoint is working.

I have tried going to settings > permalinks and saving changes. Tried turning off every single plugin and switching theme. Is there anyone who can help me resolve the issue?

    Hi @akashmughal21,

The Account Endpoints rely on the page you set as My Account page in order to function.
Thus, you will want to create another My Account page as follows:

    • Create a blank page from WP-Admin → Pages
    • Insert the shortcode [woocommerce_my_account] and publish the page. **You can se the Shortcode block to insert this**
    • Set the newly created page as the My Account page at WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced

For reference on creating WooCommerce pages, kindly check this documentation.

Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks.

Really thankful. I was missing the last part. I thought setting the page in Woocommerce settings will override the Elementor Template. Well, Really thankful for the best support from Woocommerce as always.
