[WooCommerce] Empty Cart Problem

  • Hello everybody. I hope that you guys can help me out. Many thanks in advance!

    So here’s the problem: I have set-up my shop with WooCommerce and the Rustik theme (https://www.envieheartwork.com/wp/).

    Everytime I put something in the cart and go to “shopping bag”, “view cart” or “checkout”, the cart is empty. I tried different quantities etc., nothing worked so far.

    Please help me since I didn’t find any solution for my problem.

  • Hi there. Try to check if the SESSION works on your site. I had this issue before.

    anyone have any updates to this? I am having the same issue on a site that I just moved.

    Same problem. Any solutions. Fresh wordpress install. Same on every theme.

    And I don’t think SESSION had anything to do with it.

    ya, i have the same problem…

    i was try to debugging,
    i try to show all SESSION value
    when i add product to cart, the product added to SESSION,
    but everytime i go to checkout page or view cart page or detail product page, product data at SESSION has gone.

    but, i still don’t know why could this happened.

    in my case it’s just permalink problem, when i set permalink to default it works perfectly.

    actually i want to make url neat, but yeah.. at least i can use my woocommerce.

    I am having the same problem. I am not sure what this is, as the cart page (generated by the plugin) has the correct WooCommerce shortcode:
    [woocommerce_cart]

    I also increased the memory on my server as I read somehwhere this could have been a restriction.

    I am not sure what else to do!
