Cart page keeps reloading when cart is empty

    Hello,

    I would like to request some help to have the following issue resolved, please:

    The WooCommerce Cart page of my website keeps reloading (like self-redirecting) when the cart is empty.
    When the cart is not empty, it seems that there is no problem.

    I deactivated all the third party plugins, but the problem was not solved.

    Hi there!

    I’d do a full conflict test if I were you. This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce (even the ones you think might not be of influence!)
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
