    Hello,
    I have an e-commerce website! My emails were working properly previously! But don’t know, suddenly, its stopped working!I am also not getting Order confirmation Email and My client should receive emails of New Order! And even the customer should get his order details and tracking (Processing, Completed)! Please help!

    I understand you’re having sudden email issues preventing emails from being received by you as well as your customers.

    Could you please check if the emails are being correctly generated still by installing a plugin like WP Mail Logging.

    If the logs show the emails generated, then you need to check if by any chance the emails are landing in the receiving email account’s spam box.

    If that isn’t the case either, that means the server is blocking them from being sent further, in which case you’ll want to get in touch with your email service provider/hosting provider to check for issues in the mail server.
