    I am using a coupon code with Smart Coupons – 100OFF which allows the product to be purchased free. We are using Paypal. When the coupon code is used, the order confirmation page is shown, but no emails are sent to the purchaser or the admin.

    WP Mail Logging shows the emails being sent out – but they never arrive in the inboxes.

    When I test with a paid product, the emails do arrive, so it seems to be an issue with the 100OFF coupon code for 100% off the price. Can you help?

    1. Screenshots of the coupon edit page for the 100OFF coupon in question.
    2. Your WooCommerce System Status report. You can access it by navigating to WooCommerce -> Status -> Get system status report. This will provide us with details about your site environment and configurations.

    Additionally, as an initial troubleshooting step, could you kindly deactivate the Smart Coupons for WooCommerce plugin and check if the issue persists? This will help us verify if the plugin is indeed contributing to the behavior.
