Sorry about the delay in getting back to you.

If I understand correctly, the button to copy the email to your theme is missing. Is that right? If so, that can be disabled if WordPress doesn’t have permission to perform that action on the server. You may need to manually copy the file to the theme/child theme in order to do this.

@3sonsdevelopment Hello, yes that’s right, i have take all possible actions to check what is going wrong, i downloaded the whole website on local environment with same server setup settings and i have check all possible misconfigurations, and i can’t find the solution, its strange because there is no related debug info about it, i also try it with only woocommerce installed and wordpress default theme and i take a deep look in to database but no solution…

damn i feel so dumb ??
the problem it was this: define(‘DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT’, true);
so i have totally forgotten that! it is solved now, thank you all
