    Hi, I’d like to know if there’s a way to change the standard phone link on WooCommerce emails to plain text? I’m basically trying to make the customer’s phone number unhighlighted and un-underlined.

    To alter the content of the WooCommerce emails you would need to write some custom code to modify/remove the elements you describe via hooks or filters. Alternatively, you could copy the email files over to a child theme and make your edits to these from there.
