Woocommerce emails

i have a woocommerce store which uses english and arabic as the languages using translatepress. I have translated mostly everything apart from woocommerce new customer order email. i cannot see how to translate this. I have installed loco translate and translated a string from my email plugin but how do i get that to show in the new order emails if i select arabic before checking out. Also when i checkout and go to the order received page it always reeverts back to english (default language) instead of the language that is chosen (arabic), Thanks in advance
