Hello @adammcbeth None of your urls work for us. Can you please tell me what you mean by links. Are you referring to product links or just your payment link embedded inside the email template?

It’s not a native feature to have any type of pay for this featured in any of the emails. It’s possible it’s a gateway app your using that embeds itself into the template.

Can you send over a systems report by going to WooCommerce > Status > Get Systems Report and pasting that here inside using a Code Block.

Hey there, @adammcbeth! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

As I understand the links on the emails sent to your customers do not work, correct?

Have you modified the email templates at any point?

Do you use any plugins for account creation and/or invoices or are those the default WooCommerce emails for password set up and Pay For Order?

Is everything updated on your website (all plugins, the theme, WordPress, etc)?

As mentioned by @serafinnyc, please share the System Status Report and also Fatal Error logs (if any). You can find them on WooCommerce > Status > Logs and search for fatal errors.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

Thanks so much for your replies @carolm29 & @serafinnyc.

I was able to figure out what the problem was. We use SendGrid as our email sending service for WooCommerce automated emails: Invoices, Order Confirmation, etc. When we set up SendGrid, we accepted the “Click Tracking” feature that apparently would track clicking behavior on the links in those automated emails. Not sure on the mechanics of it all, but it seems SendGrid was substituting URLS like the ones exampled above in order to track the clicking behavior. Inadvertently, the links they were creating were completely broken and don’t work. As soon as I turned that tracking feature off from the SendGrid backend, everything went back to normal.

I thank you again for your responses! I have no formal education on many aspects of WooCommerce/WordPress so it is always nice knowing there are people who will do what they can to help others.
