    Hello,

    I tested it, and in my case, it worked correctly.

    Please make sure the option ‘Show regular strings tab in String Translation’ is checked in TranslatePress Advanced Settings – Debug. Then, place an order in the additional language, issue a refund, and search for the string in the String Translation Interface – Regular tab. If you can’t find it, you will need to click on ‘Rescan plugins and theme for strings’ and search again.

    You can also add that text in shortcodes for each language individually, and it will appear depending on the selected language: https://translatepress.com/docs/restrict-by-language/translation-shortcode/
