Woocommerce eligible for multisite network activation?

I do not understand why Woocommerce can be network activated in a multisite set-up.
I think it is unwise to create all these tables in all sites/blogs.
Also the user of the blog needs to finish off the installation in his/her own dashboard.
If this is not executed timely it can lead to update problems on network level.

So can Woocommerce block network activation as some other plug-ins do?
