    Hi to everyone

I have the same problem of this user. Link here.

I’ve Elementor pro and woocommerce installed and I’ve changed the woocommerce order received endpoint to a custom one to use my custom thank you page but the old woocommerce page still show.

    This is my setting

and the url that is shown is https://mysite/checkout/thank-you-page/1028/?key=wc_order_gVG7cJ4N6mU64 but the page is still the old one.

I’ve set the thank you page also using elementor them builder but nothing solved.

There is an incompatibility between elementor pro and woocommerce for this?

    there are my versions
    Elementor pro 3.11.7?
    Woocommerce 7.5.1
    No themes added.

    Hello @jumptech,

If I understand this correctly, you matched the thank-you page endpoint with a slug of a custom-created page.

Sorry to disappoint, but the order received page doesn’t work like this. You’ll need a custom PHP snippet or plugin to have that Elementor page as a custom “thank you” page.

You can find many resources on how to achieve this with a simple Google search, however, I strongly suggest you check the Custom Thank You Pages extension on WooCommerce.com.

All extensions sold on WooCommerce.com have a 30-day refund policy. If the product doesn’t work the way you need it or you think another product would work better, we are more than happy to provide a full refund.

    Hope this helps!

So the elementor pro documentation about create a custom thank you page has wrong?
because the doc says to customize your order-received andpoint as I did.

    Hello @jumptech

    there are my versions
    Elementor pro 3.11.7
    Woocommerce 7.5.1

Just to note, the latest WooCommerce version available is 7.7.2, and that of Elementor PRO is version 3.13.2. Keeping software updated is essential.

So the elementor pro documentation about create a custom thank you page has wrong?

As this forum is dedicated to supporting the WooCommerce Core plugin, feel free to reach out to Elementor PRO’s support channel with this inquiry, as they would be in a better position to assist you. From what I gather, they can be reached through this page.

    I hope that helps!
