Im having an issue with new order emails .

In fact whenever I get a new order email made by an existing user , it doesn’t include some informations about that client ( like country ) and I don’t want that , I want to receive all informations from all clients whether its a new user or not

as I understand , This is the right logic of WooCommerce :

New client => okey lets show all informations on email
Old Client => its okay we already have his informations , lets not show it again on the email .

How can I edit that please ?

    Hi @chawkii

By default, the country is not included in the email template but you can copy the email template you’d like to override and customize its code to include the data you’d like. Here is a support page of the list of templates:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/template-structure/

You could work with a developer to customize a solution for your website. We recommend one of the services listed on this page:

    https://woocommerce.com/customizations/

Hopefully, this gets you going in the right direction to get the job done!

@chawkii I would also provide a design of exactly what you are looking to add to that email notice. Have someone do a mockup of exactly what you want to see.

    Hello @johncoy

Im sorry but I’ve been receiving the country field in the email since the first order until now .

After making lot of tests , I realised that the country doesnt appear in the email ONLY if its “United Kingdom”, otherwise all countries appear in the email.

To be sure , I went to my first order ever from United kingdom , and yes , the country field does not appear on my email .

This is a bit weird , could you help me to fix that ?

    Hi @chawkii

It’s likely that the theme already has template overrides that allowed for this, but that is an assumption without looking at the Status report from WooCommerce > Status. If so, you should be able to contact the theme author to take a closer look and they can help with getting that working again.
