woocommerce duplicated products

    Hi,
    I have the following problem, when I create duplicate of the product I can not delete or change product description (short description) of the product. I have deleted description and than saved changes and it? appears again also trying to replace it and result the same.
    Where is the problem?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand that you are unable to change the product short description of the duplicate copy of the product on your site, is that correct?

    I replicated the scenario on my personal site, however, I am unable to reproduce the issue on my end. I was able to update both the long and short descriptions of the product, then publish it afterwards.

    I’d like to understand your site properly, can you please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
