woocommerce duplicate order issue

    hey
    i’m not sure that the LiteSpeed Cache can make this isuue but I need you’r advice.
    we have a problem with woocommerce order that when the user try to place an order woocommerce create more than one order in some case more than 7 order with same order data with payment pending status and one of them is on processing status.
    I wonder if LiteSpeed Cache could cause of this or not?

    Hi,

    Please check that if :

    1) can you reproduce/trigger this issue every time when you place order ?

    2) did you have object cache enabled ? if so , please try disable it

    3) did you try with cache plugin OFF , and see how it goes ?

    thank you for your quick response
    1) No it’s happened some times and there is no action that I can do that to trigger this issue.
    2) I try to disable it to check if issue is going to fix or not.
    3) base on that this issue is happened some times and I need cache Plugin badly so NO i didn’t.

    maybe you can set up a stage site , and randomly put some orders there and see how it goes ?
