    Hello, wondering if any one can help me.

    We’re working on a site which is using woocommerce dropshipping.

    The site needs to work so when someone orders, the vendors set up receive a copy of the email confirmation, with a link that they click to ‘mark the order as shipped’ This works so far, however the issue is that once clicked. The customer whos ordered and the admin of the site do not receive a notification to say its been shipped.

    I’ve checked the woo email settings, and the email notifications are set to go to the correct addresses.

    Has anyone experienced anything like this before? Or have any ideas on how to troubleshoot the issue? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
