    Greetings all.

I just redesigned my website with Woocommerce. I also added the Dropbox Plugin for easy functionality as I could not find one for Google Drive files. (to work as a download with the dl-1 at the end)

The link in the Dropbox box works fine when copied/pasted, but customers ordered tonight and I wasn’t aware that Woocommerce changes the link entirely.

Worse, it won’t even download for them.

What needs to be changed settings wise to get this to work as it’s intended?

    Hi @femalewrestlingchannel,

Can you please elaborate on the filesize and type of file you’re trying to download?

It is true WooCommerce uses a different link in the front-end of the shop for the customer to be able to download your product. If WooCommerce would not do this, the customer would know the direct link to your Dropbox file and could share it with anybody.

    Kind regards,

    Vadiem

    Greetings Vadiem.

Often, the file sizes can be very large, up to 10GB, but most of the time they hover between 1-3GB.
