WooCommerce download links for virtual products

Hi there,

I am trying to set up WooCommerce and using Plugin Organizer to make WooCommerce load only on a few selected pages – which works just fine except for one thing:

Download links for my virtual products are in the form of:
https://www.mydomain12345.com/?download_file=3132&order=wc_order_5703a7a5ed1e9&email=test%test.net&key=1e65ccf4cc93101bb385180661a45d94

Now I have unloaded WooCommerce for https://www.mydomain12345.com and – of course – would love to keep it that way. How can I still manage to enable WooCommerce on every download link?
(Creating a filter for “https://www.mydomain12345.com/?download_file” doesn’t seem to work – or should it and I am doing something wrong?!)
