Woocommerce doesn’t seem to charge tax on weight based shipping

    I must charge VAT tax on the shipping cost in the UK – I have this option ticked in my woocommerce standard tax rates options.

    However it seems no 20% VAT is being added on for the shipping cost at checkout? Is this something to do with settings in weight based shipping? I can’t find any options for it.
