    Hello!

I am setting up my website and want to sell restricted content. As I need to have multiple roles,I used MemberPress to create roles and every new role works fine with RUA- As far as things are configured everything works fine: Access Levels are working perfect whenever I manually set an Access Level to a given person .

Now, when the client comes from a Woocommerce purchase, the person is charged, and receives the corresponding “download” link by email BUT he does not receive the Access Level he purchased.

In my dashboard I can see a “new client” BUT under the role of “Client” or “Subscriber” None of these roles are allowed to access any RUA restricted content.

Please, help me configure the system in a way that gets Woocommmerce communicating with plugins so that I will not be forced to manually grant Level Access to new buyers.

    Thank you in advance.

It sounds like you solved this in the other thread by synchronizing the level with a role, is that correct? That is the way to currently set it up with RUA.

However, a direct integration with WooCommerce is on the roadmap so you will be able to give users levels directly when purchasing products.

    Thank you for replying

Yes, I tried to solve the problem by Sinchronizing Levels with Roles, However, this is patially a solutin as I couldn′t yet get the system or the synchronization to “obey” the settings of Options: DURATION 30 days.
This duration setting is configured both in RUA and also in Woocommmerce (Product/Simple/Virtual/Download link)

Any suggestion will be so much appreciated!!!

“integration with WooCommerce is on the roadmap” that is such a good news!!! Please let us knnow

    Best regards
