WooCommerce discounts with MultyCurrency plugin

    Hello, I wanted to ask about the use of discount coupons in the WooCommerce plugin and its compatibility with the WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency plugin.

    I ask this question because I have a site where I sell products in Argentine pesos (ARS) and then I want to apply a discount.

    The problem I had was that my MercadoPago payment gateway (with the Mercado Pago payments for WooCommerce plugin) charged the full price of the products without the discount.

    What makes me doubt the compatibility of discounts in WooCommerce and the Multicurrency plugin is that in the email of the created order, the discount amount appeared in a different currency (USD) than the currency of the order itself (ARS).

    Something that I did not find in the coupon configuration is the possibility of assigning a currency.

    I understand that you are using the third-party plugins WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency with WPML and MercadoPago payment gateway in conjunction with the built-in Coupon Management, however, you are experiencing issues with the currency as well as the price not incurring discounts, correct?

    Since these are third-party plugins that we don’t provide support for based on our Support Policy, I recommend that you reach out to the developers of the plugins for further assistance. They will be better equipped to help you resolve any issues you’re experiencing with the plugin.
