woocommerce: discount a number of items to replace faulty products

  • Hi,
    with woocommerce is there any plugin/tweaks that allow the additon of a number of ‘free’ quantity or allow a discount for a number of items that are added to the cart to replace faulty products?
    This is at the discretion of the customer but each order is reviewed manually before processing.
