[Plugin: Woocommerce] Disable purchase by account / account type?

I am developing a website with what seems to be a unique requirement because I haven’t seen a solution for this anywhere.

Account registration is disabled for visitors. This website has a guest account for invited guests only to view a restricted content section. I know, it would technically be better to assign them individually given what comes next but this is how the client wants to do it, and we don’t want to assign a 3-digit number of accounts individually.

Anyway, I need to be able to disable purchases on this guest account specifically but I don’t see a way to do that, and woocommerce’s main site limits support to paying customers only and even then their ticket system refuses to do anything when I click the first ticket button to start a ticket so that’s totally useless.

Purchases on this site are intended to be visitor (not the guest account) purchases only, visitor purchases seem to work. Any ideas?
