Woocommerce digital products

Hello, I run an online shop for digital products (sheet music). I use the woocommerce plugin. Unfortunately, the design of the WooCommerce backend has recently changed. (Digital) products are more difficult to create. The big problem is the upload of pdf files. I can’t take them from the media library, but have to upload them directly from the computer to the product page. When uploading directly from the computer, an error occurs and the file name is changed. This does not happen when uploading to the media centre and downloading from the media centre. 1st question: Is there a way to add digital products (pdf files) from the media centre to the product page (which I have not yet discovered)? 2nd question: Is there a guide for the new Woocommerce backend (upload of products, images, product descriptions, etc.) I would be very grateful for help.
