    I have been using this plugin and many other woocommerce extensions for many years, for some reason when adding digital products to their trolley, customers are also being charged postage. All setting s are correct, can someone help as to why this is suddenly happening? Many thanks

    I understand that customers are being charged postage for digital products, is this correct?

    Please can you check that you have marked the product as both Virtual AND Downloadable like so:

    To further clarify, in order to remove shipping charges from digital products, you would need to mark the product as both Virtual and Downloadable.

    If the issue persists with these settings applied, please can you share the following:

    • Product link: a direct link to a digital product on your site that is adding a postage fee.
    • System Status Report: navigate to?WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for support.
    • Screenshot: share a screenshot of the Product Data section for the product in question.
