    Hello!

I currently have the free version of the Product Customer List plugin which works great, except that it doesn’t seem to be compatible with the Woocommerce deposits plugin, or the YITH plugin that has the same functionality. I think the issue is that deposits require two orders, one for the deposit and one for the remaining balance. So then it shows up in the product customer list as two separate rows.

Is there a way to make it so it will only add if it’s the deposit? The way the YITH deposits plugin does it is it makes the first deposit payment a parent order, and then the next one is a child order.

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi @culturalnorth,

glad you like it! This has been requested a few times recently and is in the list for future updates, but unfortunately I don’t have a specific release date. I will reply here when it’s released.

Thanks for such a fast reply!

That’s pretty vital to our operation in the meantime… Do you have any recommendations I could do until then? I have looked all over and it seems that this plugin is pretty much the only one I can find that does this!

Maybe is there a way to delete rows?

The only way would be to manually change the status to something else for every order except the last one of every sequence.

    Let’s say it’s a 50/50 split on 2 orders:

    – Order #1: 50% – switch to status processing
    – Order #2: 50% – switch to status complete

then in the plugin settings, choose to only show complete orders

Ah, ok, that’s a good idea! I’ll give it a shot.

Thanks so much! And as soon as that update comes out, that’ll be super helpful.

    +1 to this request.

The plugin is kinda pointless to my use case without support for it.

Gonna search for another option in the meantime.
