Woocommerce Deleting Orders

    Hello,

    I have a problem with Woocommerce in WordPress.

    When someone buys a product from my online shop and, at some point, contacts me to return it, I change the order status from Completed to Cancelled; and in a few minutes, the same order goes to the trash.

    How do I stop this? I want every order to be visible, no matter if it’s cancelled.

    Hi there,

    That does sound odd indeed and isn’t something that I’m able to replicate on my local testing site. I’m wondering whether this is caused by a 3rd party plugin or custom coding? As a first step, can you share a copy of your status report found under **WooCommerce > Status**?
