Woocommerce default theme not working on shop base and single product page

  • Hi,
    This is my very first woocommerce project: I have successfully installed the plugin and following guides from different resources online, been able to override the template file by moving a copy to /project_theme/woocommerce folder. I also moved all the assets to their respective folders under /project_theme/ and imported all necessary .css files into WordPress /project_theme/style.css

    So far the theme applies perfectly on cart, checkout, and the other pages except. The shop base and single product page. I’m stuck because I’ve not been able to find any resource online that solves this problem.
