    Hi,

I was having some problems with my products on Woocommerce and so decided to do a backup and export of all my data and the deactivate Woocommerce.

This has caused even wp-admin and my actual site to become inaccessible and is giving the response “This plugin requires Woocommerce”

    My site is:

    https://www.whitehousefoods.co.uk

Any help would be much appreciated … I’m totally stuck!

    Thanks

  • What other plugins are you using? That message seems like it would be coming from some additional plugin designed to enhance WooCommerce.

Yup ^ someone not checking if WC exists properly. You’ll need to delete them via FTP so they are disabled.

    Thanks for your replies guys,

I deleted Woocommerce via FTP and that didn’t correct the issue.

I am now deleted all other Woocommerce related plugins to see if that helps the situation.

Thanks once again for your help!

    Much appreciated!
