    the function gets all cross-sell products from all order items. If these are not enough it uses some random products.
    You can also customize the items using the filter apply_filters( 'haet_mail_relatedproducts_items', $items, $source, $num_items, $wc_order ) in class-contenttype-relatedproducts.php
