When an order is cancelled, it should not be included in sales reports or summaries, unless the report is specifically for cancelled orders.
    In the dashboard
The ORDERS graph includes cancelled orders in the orders count – this is misleading.
The Net Sales does not include cancelled orders – this is correct.
Can this be looked at please, as a figure for number of accepted and processed orders is important.
Cancelled orders is also important, but separately.

  • Hey @lencw

If you are referring to the WooCommerce Analytics tab then you may need to adjust the settings to exclude the “Canceled” or “Failed” order. You will be able to find it by going to Analytics ? Settings.

No, I am referring to the Woocommerce > Dashboard, the orders chart that shows the number of orders. This is a quick reference point.

    Hey again @lencw

That is ok too. I was just making sure you were not referring to some other order reporting plugin you may have been using.

The data shown in WooCommerce ? Dashboard is managed through the same Analytics ? Settings page. If you update the settings as I have shown this will affect your dashboard as well. Take a look at how I was able to do it on my site:

    All order statuses INCLUDED:
    Analytic setting
    Screenshot

    Dashboard view
    Screenshot

    All order statuses EXCLUDED
    Analytic setting
    Screenshot

    Dashboard view

My dashboard didn’t have the charts configured but you can see by the “Performance” box that the data changes as my Analytic settings were updated.

Thanks sorted. I hadn’t realised the analytics affected the dashboard page.
