I just installed this plugin and tried to activate it, but I’m getting this error:
“WooCommerce Customizer is inactive. This plugin requires WooCommerce 3.0.9 or newer.”

However, I have WooCommerce version 4.2.0 installed. I just installed WooCommerce for the first time, and have never had older versions installed. When I attempt to click the button to “run the WooCommerce database upgrade” I get a blank page that says “The link you followed has expired.”

Any help would be much appreciated!

    Hey?@zootampa,

Thanks for writing to us about our plugin! I’m sorry to hear that the plugin isn’t working as expected. I am happy to help out here. ??

I’ve reviewed the code that drives this particular notice and it looks like this notice can appear when the plugin doesn’t detect that WooCommerce as an active plugin or the database version of WooCommerce is incorrect.

As a first troubleshooting step, would you please connect to your FTP server and double-check that the WooCommerce plugin’s folder name is set to woocommerce exactly? If not, would you please change the folder name to see if that addresses the issue?

    Thanks,
    Tamara ??
