WooCommerce Customization in Switty

I appreciate that there are WooCommerce customization options available within the Switty theme options. It doesn’t seem to be working for me, however.

I have related products TURNED OFF – see screenshot above – but it’s not working.

How can I turn off this feature? And, why is it displaying products so HUGE?
