WooCommerce Customers to Robly

  • Im having problems with the WooCommerce Customers to Robly plugin. It installed correctly, set up fine, I was able to load my API and Key in and save. It just wont send the email of the buyer to Robly. Can anyone help with this?

    Are you using any lists for all customers (in the WooCommerce to Robly settings) or per-product lists?

    Could you try adding your email address in the WooCommerce to Robly settings section for the alternate email address and try a few test orders?

    Also, can you check your cpanel account or check with your host to see if there is anything in the error logs?

    I tried both All customers and per product list and neither worked. I also put my email in as the alternate and got nothing back.

    I looked at error log and there was nothing there also.. Any othe suggestions.
