WooCommerce > customers still has data

  • There is still residue inside the woocommerce customers area about an order with email, localtion, zip and spend amount. Can I safely delete these records inside the database manually? Why isn’t this removed? This makes the plugin partially usable.

    Thanks for your question. I understand why you’d want this data deleted, however, Delete Me does not decide which data goes and stays for other plugins as that could be stored any number of custom places.

    There are WordPress events that fire upon a user being deleted, and any plugin can choose to delete related records when that happens. Many do, many don’t, but you’d want to ask WooCommerce about that.

    I realize that may make Delete Me unusable for you, but that is the way of things for now.
