Woocommerce customers not being added to my list

Hello. I am having problems with adding my Woocomerce customers to my list through the checkout page. I have put in my api and set the right campaign up but no one is getting added. I am not even getting a confirmation email sent to the email that checked out.

Can you please tell me what is happening?
