• HI there, I recently moved/migrated a WooCommerce website and imported orders and customers separately using the WebToffee plugins (https://www.webtoffee.com/plugins/#data-migration). The orders imported perfectly, but customers didn’t work so well. They have been imported but they appear as WordPress users rather than customers. WebToffee had documentation that said I had to go to analytics Settings and import historical data to resolve the issue which I tried. But unfortunately it didn’t work. So I got in touch with the plugin authors who spent a couple of days looking into the issue but they found no issues with they way the plugin was working and said the issue is probably related to Woocommerce and that I should contact WooCommrce – which brings me here.

I read a couple of other threads about similar issues and someone said it might have to do with scheduled actions not working properly. I have added a screenshot of the action scheduler incase there is info in there that is useful.

I am glad the data is not lost, and that it is available in the users section but ideally I would like it to be in the customers section.

If anyone has any solutions to this problem I’ll be interested to hear them.

    Thanks, Surya.
