    Hi!

    Does anybody know how to configure this plugin to allow all woocommerce registered customers to use tickets support ?

    I don’t find the setup part where we can decide which roles can use the tickets supports system.

    Like:
    Who can submit ticket:
    And a list of all roles with multiple choice available.
    And for each role please choose options :
    view_ticket
    create_ticket
    close_ticket
    reply_ticket
    attach_files

    Sounds obvious but I don’t see that ??

    I’ve installed this plugin and it’s right, now my customers can use the support tickets . … but what a pity we need to use another plugin to see this one working well and easily with woocommerce customers …

    We are pending of 2 plugins update when it will be easy to AS to add the capacities like in my example :-/

    Hope this feature will be considered in a near futur … BTW Congrats for your plugin is really awesome ??

    Thanks very much for your kind words. Glad you found the answer you were looking for.

    The reason we didn’t include the ability to update WordPress capabilities directly in the plugin is because there are other free plugins that already do that. If there is something out there that already performs a function it doesn’t seem like a good way to spend our time – better to spend it on improving areas of the plugin that cannot be provided by other plugins.

    I hope that makes sense!
