Woocommerce Customer Role

    Hi, I am using the plugin to redirect new WooCommerce customers to a custom page.

    I use the redirection depending on the Role, so, if the user has the Role of subscriber the redirection works perfectly, but if the user is a customer, the redirection does not work. Why is it not working if the user has the role of customer?

    Hi @eluyawi , Thanks for using LoginWP!

    The lite version of LoginWP only works with the default WordPress login page. You will need the paid version of LoginWP for Woocommerce support. If you wish to purchase the standard plan you can do so at https://loginwp.com/pricing/. After installing the premium version, you will need to enable the Woocommerce integration by going to LoginWP>>Redirections and then clicking on the Integrations tab. You should then click on the checkbox beside Woocommerce to activate it and save your changes.

    I don’t understand why you put on “Resolved”, when you don’t answer me why?

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
