    I am looking at a problem that I have not been able to find identified anywhere else.

    When a customer goes through the motions and pays though Paypal everything is fine. The amount is correct, the correct amount is collected by Paypal and the Paypal receipt is correct.

    Then when you look at the order page, it states the correct items have been ordered BUT when you click through to the Customer Payment Page … it displays the wrong information.

    I discovered this when a customer reported the wrong information in an order email. So I assume that the email is generated from the Customer Payment Page. Currently though that page is not pulling in the correct information.

    If the customer order email is showing the wrong information I am going to be fielding support requests for every order so need to find a fix for this.

    Does anyone have any ideas as to why this may be happening?

    * All plugins are up to date
    * WordPress is up to date
    * Theme is up to date

    Are you still experiencing the same issue after deactivating all of your plugins (except WooCommerce) and switching to the default Twenty Seventeen theme?

    Hello,

    Thank you for the advice.

    I have found the problem to be a plugin called Woocommerce Deposits. I have found it on codecanyon (i think – it is called something different and the plugin author isn’t listed but thats what was top in a google search when using the author as a search term) and have left a comment for help.

    If it isn’t the correct plugin though I have no idea how to fix :-/
