    Hello,

    I tried your plugin with the intention of merging 2 users who are woocommerce customers, and moving/merging the orders for user1 to user2. Both users have orders in woocommerce. When I merged the 2 users, the orders for user1 were not merged/moved to user2 account. The user1 account has disappeared, but user1 orders still exist in the woocommerce orders listings.

    Also, I do not see the “Click here for selection” toggle.

    Kindly next time always try a new plugin on your staging site first, although this plugin is released after testing but still it is not recommended to use any merger plugin on LIVE site without testing. Please use the urgent help option on the settings page under the help tab.

    Do you want to set up a meeting in Google meet? If this is not working, I would like to restore the user that was removed from the unsuccessful merge.

    I went to the “Urgent Help” page and saw the google meet links. I clicked the link and waited and no one came to the meet.

    While using the urgent help option, I hope you could see the e-mail addresses of support there on a banner to let the support team know that you are waiting there or scheduling a meeting.

    I just tried with woocommerce customers and it does transfer the orders over, however it does not show the downloadable product under “my products” tab in woocommerce customer account. You have to manually create another order with all the products they had. Would be great for all woocommerce products to transfer as well.

    But transferring the products should not be an issue as we are just updating the ownership of the orders, once orders are transferred, all the items are transferred successfully. I can look into it with you if you need.

    Hey Fahad, The orders transferred perfectly but I had to remove access of the products from the orders and the grant access to them again and it worked. But it was not automatic.

    I am not understanding the revocation and reassigning the products, does that mean removing items from the orders and adding again?
