Woocommerce – customer bank deposit update

I understand that store owners can use the order/customer note to send updates to the customer.
Is there a way for the customer to send a message back? For example, when they have made the deposit to the store owner’s bank account — they can send a message to say where (bank and branch) and when (date/time) they made a deposit.
