If you want to know whether this plugin will work with the plugin you mention above, I can’t tell you for sure since I haven’t tested but it should. It would be better if you contact the “WooCommerce Custom Post Type Manager” plugin developer and ask them. Because they can download my plugin for free, test with their plugin and let you know if it’s compatible ??
If you want to know if you can use this plugin instead of the one you link to above, the answer is no. This plugin is used only to register new custom post types. If you want to modify the way WooCommerce works it requires additional code or extra plugin like the one mentioned above.
