Woocommerce credit/debit not working

    I have woocommerce payments plug in set up. the apple/google pay works but the manual input of your credit/debit card doesnt. customers go to input their card number click pay and the get an error message that i have no idea what it means. is there a way to send a screen shot so i can get some help because i really need this function to work

    Hi @dorksart,

    From the screenshot you linked above this looks like an open issue with the WooCommerce Payments plugin. A newer release of the plugin will address this issue. Until such time, are you able to try this workaround here?

    Do keep us posted on how this troubleshooting works out for you.

    If i disable being able to take credit card payments how else am i able to take credit card payments?

    I reverted to the old experience and had someone test it out the entered in their card manually and an error came up that said “something went wrong please contact us to get assistance.”

    I’m really sorry about the confusion. The answer is not to hide the telephone field in the billing details form. This can be done in customizer

    Customizer > WooCommerce > Checkout screenshot”>

    The bug is currently being worked on, and a fix should be available shortly. I’m not sure what you mean by reverting to the old experience? Would it be possible to explain that more fully?
